Project Status

Eastport Town Center is an ongoing project, with the Clymer Farner Barley, Inc. (CFB) civil engineering team diligently working on the final stages of design and permitting tasks. Once completed, Eastport will mark the fourth town center within The Villages, which our engineering team has designed.

Scope of Work

The scope of CFB’s involvement in the Eastport project encompasses the development of 10-12 commercial and retail buildings, along with the planning and implementation of utilities and infrastructure, roadways, parking lots, site improvements, and amenities. With attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, CFB aims to deliver a design that epitomizes luxury living and sets a new standard for development within The Villages.
