CFB’s headquarters is proudly located in the vibrant, up-and-coming community of Middleton, Florida, a new development by The Villages®. Our valued partnership with The Villages® began in 1990, and by 1992, CFB had become their trusted consulting and engineering firm, a collaboration that fueled our growth and reputation. We have had the privilege of shaping the design of Middleton itself, further deepening our connection to this remarkable community. Inspired by our involvement and the community’s remarkable potential, we knew we wanted to be at the heart of it all.
As of January 2025, we have officially relocated our headquarters to Middleton, FL. This new location is home to our Civil Engineering and Land Surveying teams, along with many of our executive and corporate staff.
