Celebrating National Engineering Week with an Exciting Milestone: Our New Clearwater Engineering Team

As we celebrate National Engineering Week (February 17-21), we’re thrilled to share an exciting development – our Clearwater location now offers civil engineering services! 

This expansion builds on the strong foundation we established in 2022 when we first launched in Clearwater with our surveying team. Shortly after, we added environmental services, and due to rapid growth, we’ve already moved into a larger office to better serve our clients. This continued momentum reinforces our commitment to providing top-tier expertise and innovative solutions across all our disciplines. 

Meet the Team Behind the Launch 

Leading the charge is Brian Barker, PE, our new Director of Engineering | Clearwater. With over 28 years of experience in civil engineering, Brian has a proven track record in land development infrastructure, and transportation projects. His expertise in team building and project management has shaped successful, multidisciplinary teams throughout his career. 

Joining Brian in Clearwater is a talented team of professionals, each bringing specialized expertise to support our clients: 

• Jeff Timmerman, EI – Jeff will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination across all phases. He will also collaborate on drainage design, enhancing project efficiency and quality. 
• Dave Stone – A senior-level CAD designer, Dave will focus on detailed construction drawings and code compliance, ensuring designs meet all necessary regulations. 
• Greg Presby – Greg will manage permit applications and filings for the Clearwater team, ensuring timely submissions. He will also lead his own projects, keeping them organized and on track from initiation to completion. 

Together, they bring deep expertise, problem-solving skills, and a shared commitment to excellence, ready to serve clients across Florida.
