Project Overview

The project includes 1,040 acres of development with 2,600 residential units, an 18-hole executive golf course, commercial outparcels and many amenities, including an island putt and play.  The Village of Fenney features preservation of key natural features including Fenney Spring and the adjacent wetlands and upland oak hammock with the preservation of mature oak trees.
